Reduce stress by smelling your favorite aromas. Certain plants, such as lavender, peppermint, thyme, basil, anise, bay, rose, and eucalyptus have a soothing aroma. You can mix essential oil with some rock salt, and keep it in a little vial. When you're stressed out, open the vial and smell it.

Spearmint oil can help with stress symptoms. Dab a bit on your neck and temples when you feel stressed. It is small things like this that will play a big role in reducing your stress level; give it a try!
