To survive this hurdle, here are tips to help you get by.

First, it is imperative that you research this company. Researching the company allows you to get valuable information which can come in handy for you during this final interview. It is also possible to streamline your answers for the interview according to what seems fit with the company, according to what you have researched.

Rest properly the day before the said interview. You must sleep well at night so that you can be fresh when you wake up in the morning. Also, prepare your clothes a day before so that one does not have to worry about what you have to wear for the interview. Be well rested.

You will be given a memo on what the time and location for this interview will be. The recruiter is the one who will be giving you these information. However, you should not just rely on the memo. You have to personally confirm with the recruiter that you have gotten the right information for the time and location.

There are cases when you have to participate in an on-site interview. If this is the case, then you better figure out where the site is located beforehand. You should also arrive at the site at least 15 minutes earlier so that you can attend the actual interview. You can spend the extra time to freshen yourself up. You can also use this to calm down and prepare yourself for the upcoming interview.

Bring some copies of your resume and curriculum vitae. Do not mind that you have already submitted these documents to the company during the start of the said application process. These documents are required, especially during final interviews, since you might need to distribute them to the interviewers, when necessary.

Most of the questions asked during the interview will be related to one's education, experience, skills, training, and certifications. Since this is the case, you must prepare yourself to answer the questions that are related to these fields. Preparing them beforehand helps you avoid stuttering when you are already being interviewed.

You will be given a turn to ask questions. You can address the questions to all of the interviewers or just a particular one. When it comes to these questions, you better prepare a few of them before the interview date. This is so that you can ask them right away when you are already at the said interview. The list can be anything about, from the company to the position you are vying for.
