However, one on one interaction is always a good idea.

It can be a little deeper, such as a person who has issues with their childhood and this will relate to past trauma. One needs to deal with this before going any further. This is why one needs to make a big effort to plan your day, so that you are getting enough sleep, eating the right things and staying away from harmful substances. It is this kind of healthy lifestyle along with mindfulness, support and healthy thoughts that is going to keep you on the right track.
