The pressure on the available in the health facilities in developing countries has increased as more people get admitted for treatment of HIV/AIDs related complications. There is a need to promote change in behavior to reduce the occurrence of the pandemic. This approach will help fight discrimination and stigma faced by the victims.

AIDs has widely impaired Education level and performance. The disease is eroding the supply of teachers and diluted the quality of education. This is because most of the money is diverted into medical rather than paying school fees this will force children to drop out of the school of also when teachers become ill and unable to work this renders learning paralyzed hence leading closure of schools. Security is an issue that goes beyond the presence or absence of armed conflict but it is one that affects health and social services, economies, food security amongst others. Provision of universal health care and support funding of medical care by medical centers and other partners has been used as a remedy.

Also, the World Health Organization resolved into universal precautions in the health sectors to protect healthcare workers and their patients from blood-borne infections. These include activities like the thorough washing of hands with water and soap before and after procedures and disinfecting instruments, using protective clothing, proper handling of equipment among others while executing their roles.
