For 4 percent (lower fat versions have less calories) and a bit less than 12 grams of protein, cottage cheese in half cup servings is 100 calories

With 100 calories per serving, Kidney beans or garbanza beans or similar - (about a third of a can) and 8 grams of protein. Needing something zippy, beans are very healthy. With vinegar or ketchup, they're great hot with raw onion on top. High protein low calorie diet can bring about wonders in your weight loss regimen.
