Staying Youthful Even As You Get Older

No matter what you do, you will keep having birthdays The way that your body and mind ages is completely within your control. By incorporating some new ideas you can increase your longevity and have happy and healthy golden years. Taking this advice to heart can give you many more happy and healthy years to enjoy.

Don't frown if you want to avoid wrinkles. Believe it or not, it's the truth. So if you feel yourself doing it, pinch yourself to stop. It may take time, but you will learn how to stop eventually.
