If his need has been assessed, ask for his other concerns and the willingness to understand. Check out his predispositions and the people who will be with him at this time. Different areas that can be a road block to learning will be always present. It is your job to know what it is in order to give out all the care he needs.

Respect their limits and do it in the right time. Figure out how to give the subject the right information without crossing the line. Include how you organize the data and how he can handle it one at a time. Be aware that you may need to adjust your plan according to the situation that may arise. It could range from changes in his health or mental status.

Environmental factors can also hinder his understanding with regards to his need for privacy. Focus on the basic things that needs to be covered during the discussion. Study on the things that are useful and the reason behind this. Measure the time that it will take to expect certain results in the project. Give him a copy of early signs that will warn him about his condition.

Leave behind useful names and numbers of people he can reach to ask his concerns. Try using the personal training and demonstrate each action and change in lifestyle. Utilize other sources like word play and analogies. It will explain the changes that will happen along the way.

Make use of printed information and brochures. Some also provide podcast to the client to give him the time to listen to the message. Do not forget to include in the teaching factors that you need to be sensitive about like culture and literacy. Study all the inputs you will be displaying before handing them over.
