It can be very reassuring to know that you are not the only one out there struggling. There may be some resources there that you had never thought about. Sort things out carefully and try not to overwhelm yourself. There are a lot of resources out there.

Get familiar with each organization to see if it can help you with your particular situation.

If your situation is stressful, get help as soon as possible. You will need support throughout many challenges being a parent and just taking care of yourself. If your youngster is ill, you will especially need support. Do not be bashful about asking for this help. No one wants to feel alone during difficult times.

If you have a child that is not well, there are probably many emotions going through you. Get the answers that you need by reaching out and having hope.
